The Most Reverend Alwyn Cambrensis1 – Archbishop of Wales

Fitted In describes the story of the Cardiff Three and the Lynette White Inquiry. It tells of injustices surrounding our legal system.

In reading the daily and Sunday newspapers is it any wonder that ordinary people have come to distrust the British criminal justice system? Some go so far as to say that it has been Americanised.

In reading the case studies in this book we are forced to ask ourselves in the words of the prophet Micah:

What does the Lord require of you

but to do justice and to love kindness

and walk humbly with your God.”

This is the standard we ought to promote and these words must be applied to all those who govern, including the judiciary as well as those who are being governed in our country.
