Hall&#039;s case was the only one of Heath&#039;s cases that was referred back to the Court of Appeal as a result of its review. The CCRC&#039;s review remains the &lt;em&gt;only &lt;/em&gt;examination of Heath&#039;s cases since his fall from grace.]]></description>
